Reception is big and shiny with seating off a a public space. Reception staff very good. Check-in good. Clean and spacious. Flavoured water dispenser. Downstairs is the breakfast room. Breakfast is good. Plenty of everything. Bedroom is large with two patio doors onto a long Juliet balcony. Mine over the road and public space. Despite which very quiet. Balcony is good to watch the people off to work. And the hundreds of Swifts. Kettle! Tea/coffee making facilities. Tele. Stocked mini fridge; the water is NOT free. Air con. Bath/Shower room is a disaster! It’s a slalom. Poorly designed you have to go round the sink and the bidet to get to the toilet! Shower cubicle over a bath. But, plenty of nice towels, toiletries, and hot water. Clean and shiny. Hairdryer. The district is just a little way from the Main Street through Granada. Bars, restaurants and shops etc. Quiet and friendly it seemed. The staff are very good and speak English. Helpful and willing. It’s a nice friendly hotel and good value. WIFI OK.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We were expecting to find something decent for a 3 day stay as we were booking last minute and didn't want anything too expensive. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectation on those counts. The staff, everyone, including the reception and housekeeping were personable and very helpful with tips and suggestions. Breakfast was a decent fare (not the best we've had but a very nice Spanish almond tart and the fruits each morning). The location is perfect - just a 12 min walk to the centre of Granada and very good connectivity for buses (to the centre and to the main bus station for convenient entry into and exit out of Granada).

I would say that I liked everything about this hotel and our room. We were staying in room 205 and to be honest, our stay exceeded our expectations. Both my friend and I were so happy with our choice that we would spend a few hours of our day in that room admiring the view from our balcony. The hotel wasn't situated dead in the center but we had no difficulty with getting to the top attractions on foot. Everything was 10-15 mins walk from our hotel. The staff was very friendly though only the reception representatives spoke English. Our room was very clean, light, and welcoming. The balcony was all we could ask for.

We booked the hotel after being let down by our airbnb. The room was ready when we arrived, 20 minutes after booking! Good price considering. The staff was my favourite part of our stay: friendly, helpful and great personalized recommandations. Great location, easy to walk to tourists attractions, so stores nearby are more on the expensive side. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing special though, the view from the window was a wall. It’s perfect if you’re only there to sleep, but maybe not the best if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very patient with my faltering Spanish. Got some excellent recommendations for local tapas restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - plenty of options and filling enough for us to last until evening tapas! We thought the location was great for getting out to the historic sites and was also a very easy walk to the train station (we went on to Seville after four nights here, but in retrospect would have preferred to spend a few more days here)
